Please Note: On November 15th, Symbria has transitioned how clients sign in to the Symbria Portal from our legacy accounts to @symbria.one accounts. The change will redirect to Microsoft (login.microsoftonline.com) during the sign-in process where you will need to use your @symbria.one username.

When providing your username to Microsoft, you are required to include '@symbria.one'. Clients without a @symbria.one account will automatically have one created for them with the following format: FirstName.LastName@symbria.one. All newly created @symbria.one accounts will have a temporary password that needs to be changed upon first sign-in. If Symbria has an email on file, the temporary password will be emailed to you. Those without an email will need to contact our helpdesk at 630-413-5888 to obtain your new temporary password.

Clients with existing @symbria.one accounts will then use those accounts to sign into the Symbria Portal. No changes have been made to your existing password.
